"Nice location, but honestly a bit of a hassle"
The location is central, which is nice, but getting in and out was kind of annoying. Like, the traffic was a pain, and even just walking around felt like more of a hassle than I expected. It’s a good spot overall, but yeah, not the easiest experience.

"Fees Turned a Decent Price Into a Joke"
The room looked like a good deal online, but once these fee-happy clowns added the resort charges, the final bill got ridiculous. Definitely felt way more expensive than advertised.

"Such a nice pool day at the Cosmo"
Had a really good afternoon at the Cosmopolitan pool. The whole area was clean and relaxed, the staff got us towels super fast, and the music was fun without being like, too much. We ended up hanging out for a few hours and it made the trip feel better than... well, just a regular Vegas day, I guess.

Had a really fun night here. The music was great, the bars were packed, and the whole place just had a fun, lively vibe. Definitely a good spot for a night out.

"Check-in was actually painless for once"
Check-in was super quick, which is such a relief because why does it feel like some places make it a whole event? The guy at the front desk was really friendly and even got us into our room early, no hassle, no weird back-and-forth, nothing. Just easy. Definitely made a great first impression...

"The casino floor was miserable..."
The casino floor was miserable. It was loud, smoky, and just stressful to be around. I asked if there was anywhere a little less smoky or quieter, and it felt like nobody really cared or even tried to help. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a basic request, but it was completely ignored.

"Decent stay, but nothing special"
The bed was comfortable enough and I slept okay, but the room definitely felt a little worn out. The pillows were way too soft for me, some of the little extras in the room felt unnecessary when the basics could’ve been better. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just expected a bit more.

I stayed at the Cosmopolitan the staff really made the trip better. The front desk was quick, housekeeping was super sweet, and even the bartenders took a minute to give us ideas on where to go. Everyone just felt really chill and friendly, not fake or forced. It was a good stay, a really good stay, and I’d definitely come back.

"Way too loud at night"
Stayed at The Cosmopolitan and the noise was rough. I could hear music and people yelling late into the night even with the door fully shut, so getting any real sleep was basically impossible. I know it’s Vegas and I wasn’t expecting total silence, but this was a lot. The room itself was nice enough, just not relaxing at all. I also reached out about it and got what felt like a copy-paste support response, which was frustrating because it didn’t really address the issue. Wouldn’t stay again if I actually needed rest.

"Room seemed clean overall"

I booked a weekend room through cosmopolitanlasvegas.com, and to be fair, everything was exactly as I selected when I got there.

The dates, room type, rate, and even the small notes I added were all in their system. Check-in was smooth, with no surprise charges, missing details, or random mix-ups.
I usually get a little cautious with hotel bookings in Vegas because things can get complicated fast, but this was straightforward and accurate. i’d use the site again

"Clearly better kept than a lot of places"
I stayed at The Cosmopolitan and the upkeep stood out right away. My room felt clean, nothing seemed run-down, and all the basic things like the lights, shower, and AC worked the way they should, which you’d think would be standard everywhere, but apparently isn’t.

The hallways, elevators, and casino areas were also tidy every time I passed through. It felt like they actually pay attention to maintenance instead of just hoping guests won’t notice the little stuff. I’d happily stay here again

The food was okay, but it didn’t really stand out to me. I wouldn’t say it was bad, just nothing I’d get too excited about.
